I haven't got the slightest idea how to change people, but still I keep a long list of prospective candidates just in case I should ever figure it out.
~ David Sedaris, "Naked"
You-know-who has finally taken the plunge.
She dumped lotsa glue (such a waste of glue!) on the envelope and *stomped into the director's room and tendered her resignation in a "i-dun-care and this-is-final" tone. No discussion. No more wavering.
Good for you, my friend!
Thumbs up.
Moi's first reaction....CONGRATS. FINALLY. *arched brows*
Yours truly didn't wanna unduly influence moi's friends, so I usually refrain from giving my decision if I were you type of answer. In other words, I try to give rational and logical "advice" on both sides of the picture. But in this case, yours truly can only say, good riddance. The grass out there is really greener. *dryly*
Yes, finally, the end to a long tedious process of wanting to quit and wavering here and there and never taking the final plunge.
Imagine the patience and endurance yours truly had shown when in reality, yours truly prefers decisive firm and logical decision/action. *roll eyes*
Oh well. Better late than never. Yes?
Perhaps its time you did something about something in your life?
Change isn't necessarily bad.
Or necessarily good.
Only you can decide for yourself.
Maybe its time we all reflected.
Won't you agree?
