Above is the list of what yours truly has seen in her short jaunt to China, Zhuhai for a short trip. In other words, it was an exhausting few days. However, it was a trip with many *interesting personalities to observe. Some good, some bad, some weird....I guess the main takeaway is that yours truly now recognise all the bigwigs in moi's organisation and likely they recognise me as well. Oh, that and yours truly managed to practise the art of bargaining, which I only seriously do once in a blue moon to keep in practise.
In terms of content, it was quite an intensive 4 days of workshop. Am now looking forward to how what was discuss is cascading downwards in our organisation and ideas are concretised.
The down side is, yours truly has skipped 4 creative writing classes due to the China trip and jet lag (and oversleeping today!).
In any case, there's a colleague's bday party to attend this evening...hmm....am trying to recall why I am going...oh yah, and how did I managed to get *coerced into joining said colleague's jazz class.....as in she is teaching....hmm....?
PS: Work is going well, am quite busy but its been fun...but yours truly feels a bit bored. I wonder why? Maybe my brain needs R&R. *grin*
